Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing or using any part of the gsbet platform — including the website at gsbet.asia, the gsbet mobile application, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
21+ Age Requirement
Access to all gsbet services is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is mandatory prior to withdrawal processing.
Licensed Operation
gsbet operates under an international gaming authority licence. All terms herein reflect the compliance obligations imposed by that licensing framework.
MYR Transactions
All deposits, bets, and withdrawals are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players are responsible for any local tax obligations on winnings.
One Account Per Person

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gsbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://gsbet.asia and through the gsbet mobile application ("the Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service offered through the gsbet Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the gsbet Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Rules"). This Agreement supersedes all prior communications or agreements between you and gsbet relating to your use of the Platform.
gsbet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Important: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use any gsbet service. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. gsbet will immediately close any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, and any balances will be handled in accordance with our KYC and regulatory obligations.
By creating a gsbet account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
- You are accessing the Platform for personal recreational use and not on behalf of a third party;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of gsbet, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling service operated by the same entity.
gsbet reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, Malaysian MyKad, a valid passport, or a Malaysian driving licence.
3. Account Registration & KYC
3.1 Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gsbet account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. gsbet will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus balances, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your gsbet account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify gsbet of any changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As a licensed operator, gsbet is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following:
- Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the deposit account belongs to the registered player).
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gsbet will process submitted KYC documents within 2 business days. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in account restriction.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gsbet login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. gsbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You must notify gsbet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All deposits to your gsbet account are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. gsbet does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of any associated funds pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times are typically 5–15 minutes for local bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank accounts during standard operational hours. gsbet reserves the right to process withdrawals within 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed if there is an ongoing account investigation, if bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, or if there is a regulatory obligation to do so.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
gsbet is committed to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. Any deposit that is not used for genuine gambling purposes — including depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets — may be treated as a suspicious transaction. gsbet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures, delay withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on the gsbet Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that product.
- Bets are final once confirmed. gsbet does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable product rules.
- In the event of a technical fault or error that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game, gsbet reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the stake to the player's wallet.
- Winnings on all table games and sportsbook markets are paid in accordance with the odds and payout rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
- gsbet reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game or event has been compromised.
- The maximum payout per single bet or game round is determined by product-specific limits published in the game rules. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
gsbet offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply:
- Bonuses credited to a player account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be used on certain game types or betting markets as specified in the promotion terms.
- gsbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account and in progress will be honoured subject to the terms under which it was issued.
- Players who abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts terminated.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gsbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play;
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
- Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
- Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at gsbet staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the gsbet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of gsbet or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of gsbet. Any unauthorised use of gsbet's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may infringe applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gsbet's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gsbet account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gsbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if gsbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gsbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
gsbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:
- A breach of any provision of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected;
- Regulatory obligations require the suspension or closure of the account;
- The player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme;
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months.
Upon account termination for reasons other than regulatory confiscation or breach, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, net of any applicable bonus wagering obligations. gsbet will communicate the reason for termination to the extent permitted by law and regulatory obligations.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting gsbet support via Live Chat. If you are closing your account for reasons related to problem gambling, we encourage you to activate the self-exclusion option in Account Settings before submitting a closure request, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.
11. Responsible Gaming
gsbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Malaysian players. We provide the following tools, accessible from Account Settings after gsbet login:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsbet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through gsbet's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution body.
gsbet operates an internal complaints procedure available to all registered players. To raise a complaint, contact gsbet support via Live Chat with a full description of the dispute. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved, where possible, within 5 business days. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may escalate it to the independent dispute resolution service designated by our licensing authority.
13. Amendments to These Terms
gsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact gsbet to close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
